Graduate Deferral Form

The Deferral Form is to be used by accepted graduate students who have submitted an enrollment deposit and wish to postpone their acceptance to a future semester. Students are allowed to defer once per application for up to one year from their original acceptance date. A student may not defer if attending another college/university. All PhD applicants are required to provide written approval from the Graduate Program Director that their deferral is approved. Credit for your $250 enrollment deposit is forwarded only if your deferral to a new semester is approved. The deadline to defer is the last day of add/drop.

Graduate Residency Appeal Form

Submit this form if you wish to appeal your residency classification as determined by the Graduate Admissions Office. Please note that this office determines all residency classifications for new students up through the add/drop date for each semester listed in the Academic Calendar.
