UMass Boston

The facility has multiple shared spaces (behavior testing, procedure, and surgery rooms) that are available to all users for protocol approved events. To manage these spaces, the facility uses a web based scheduling system, bookit. Once a room is reserved through bookit, a confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours. Please reserve shared spaces one week in advance to allow for proper scheduling and availability posting.

2. Log in with your UMass Boston email and password

Rooms are identified by the last two digits of the room number (i.e. Procedure room 5520 is Procedure room 20, Test room 5530 is Test room 30, Necropsy 5616 is Necropsy 16).  There are 12 rooms total including 7 test rooms, 3 procedure rooms, 1 necropsy room, and 1 surgery room.
