THIS FORM IS FOR ENROLLMENT INTO COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT UNDERGRADUATE COURSES ONLY.

This form can be used and will be reviewed during active registration periods only.

This form can be used by anyone interested in taking a College of Management course and cannot self-enroll on Wiser, including: CM students, Students in one of CM's Partner Program, non-CM students, and non-degree students. Please note that students who are not in the management major will have delayed access to registration, and will only be able to take six management major courses IN TOTAL before being admitted to the major, minor, or partner program. Please do not submit this form before the designated registration dates, as the form will not be processed. SPRING 2026 Registration Access Dates for CM Course Enrollment:

• Tuesday, November 4, 2025: Registration begins for College of Management students  based on credits earned to date.  You can view your specific enrollment date in WISER, by clicking on the enrollment date icon.
• Monday, January 5, 2026: Students in a CM Partner Program* can submit the form below to be added to a CM course. 
• Thursday, January 15,  2026: UMass Boston non-CM students and non-degree students can submit the form below to be added to a CM course.

*College of Management Partner Program students include: IT Majors taking a Professional Elective; Management Minors; International and National Student Exchange students; Sport Leadership students who are choosing a CM course option to meet a major requirement.
