Biography
Cat Mazza is an artist whose work explores the overlaps between textiles, technology and labor. Mazza has received fellowships from Creative Capital, MacDowell Colony, Craft Research Fund and the Now+There Public Art Accelerator. Her work has been shown at the Victoria & Albert Museum (UK), Museum of Arts and Design (NYC), Triennale Design Museum (Milan), the deCordova Museum and Sculpture Park (Lincoln, MA). Her animation Knit for Defense is in the Smithsonian American Art Museum collection.
