Environmental Programs
This section has information on several environmental programs on campus including storm water, soil and wastewater management.
The stormwater information describes how the university manages storm water runoff to protect Boston Harbor. Wastewater from our laboratories and studios are subject to a sewer discharge permit with the Massachusetts Water Resource Authority (MWRA). Information is provided here on the permit requirements and discharge limits. Also, the EMS Manual is available to address applicable environmental requirements to comply with regulatory policies and for best practices.
