University Health Services invites you to attend our in-person drop-in sessions, held in the Counseling Center Group Room on the second floor of the Quinn Administration Building. You'll learn mindfulness techniques to help navigate the unique challenges of college life. Each session offers practical, stress-relieving exercises, such as walking meditations and mindful verses, that are scientifically proven to build resilience and promote a more centered state of mind. Whether you're new to mindfulness or have some experience, you're welcome to join us online to learn how to integrate these practices into your daily routine.
