Simultaneous Undergraduate & Graduate Course
Propose a new course, or change an existing course, to be offered simultaneously as a graduate course and an undergraduate course

For this kind of proposal, the same syllabus may be used, as long as the difference in the expectations for graduate and undergraduate students is clear. Separate versions of the One Form must be created: one proposal with the new/existing graduate course number and information and one proposal with the new/existing undergraduate course number and information. The proposals must go through the graduate approvals process and the undergraduate approvals process, respectively, and the course can only be offered simultaneously as a graduate and an undergraduate course after both proposals are fully approved.
