The Talented and Gifted (TAG) Latino Program | Project ALERTA
School Year Academies 2024
During the 2024 School Year Academies, students will have the chance to tour different college campuses around Boston, participate in professional development workshops, learn from BIPOC professionals from various fields, and enjoy many other enrichment activities.
- Cost: FREE
- Requirements:
- Must be current 6th-11th grade student.
- Medical Physical and up-to-date vaccinations.
- Submit signed forms by deadline.
- Dates: February 20-23, and April 16-19, 2024
- Schedule: 9:00 AM- 3:00 PM
- Transportation: Parents/Guardians are responsible for daily transportation. We are accessible via public transportation at the JFK/UMass Station. Free shuttles, #1, bring students to campus from the station.
- Lunch: Lunch/snacks will be provided. Students may also bring them from home. Please inform us of any restrictions.
- Field Trips (subject to change): We will be taking public transportation to go off campus for field trips. Parents/Guardians will be informed of any changes.

Academias Escolares 2024
Durante las Academias Escolares, los estudiantes tendrán la oportunidad de visitar distintas universidades en Boston, participar en talleres de desarrollo profesional, aprender de profesionales multiculturales de distintas carreras, y disfrutar de otras actividades de enriquecimiento.
- Costo: MATRICULA GRATIS
- Requisitos:
- Ser actual estudiante de 6to-11mo grado.
- Récord físico y Vacunas actualizadas.
- Someter todos los documentos antes la fecha límite.
- Fechas: 20 al 23 de febrero y 16 al 19 de abril de 2024
- Horario: 9:00 AM- 3:00 PM
- Transporte: Padres/Guardianes serán responsables del transporte. El programa es accesible por transporte público en la estación de JFK/UMass. Allí el autobús gratis #1, lleva los estudiantes a la universidad.
- Almuerzo: Los estudiantes recibirán almuerzo y meriendas. Si lo desean, también pueden traer su propio almuerzo. Por favor infórmenos de cualquier restricción o alergia.
- Paseos (fechas sujetas a cambio): Estaremos tomando transportación publica para los paseos fuera de la universidad. Los padres/guardianes serán notificados de cualquier cambio a los planes.
