Holistic Wellness
Holistic wellness is a comprehensive approach to student well-being that recognizes the interconnection of academic, personal, and social well-being. It encompasses eight dimensions of wellness—emotional, physical, social, intellectual, spiritual, financial, occupational, and environmental—and emphasizes balance, self-awareness, and support. By fostering holistic wellness, the university can create conditions where students can thrive both inside and outside the classroom, enhancing persistence and engagement, and a sense of belonging throughout their educational journey.
