Research areas include complex social systems including child welfare, public benefits, social security disability, basic income, and other social safety-net programs.
Methodological expertise in survey design, intersectional mixed-methods research
Professional experience in nonprofit leadership, strategic change management, and capacity building grounded in racial equity and anti-oppressive frameworks. Previous work experience providing trauma-informed direct services in gender-based, sexual, and domestic violence, and child commercial exploitation.
