Additional Information

With more than 10 years of experience in the climate sector, she brings a multidisciplinary understanding of the complexity of climate change. Before joining the team at SSL, she was the Engagement Manager for Boston University Sustainability. Before that, she was the Climate Program Manager at NOAH (the Neighborhood of Affordable Housing) in East Boston, leading inclusive community-based climate resilience planning.

As a Puerto Rican resident of Chelsea (and formerly of East Boston), she is deeply invested in environmental justice and believes climate action and resilience must first address injustice to avoid replicating oppressive systems.
