Behavioral Addictions and Substance Use Peer Support Info Table Come meet our BASU members as we spread awareness on addiction, recovery, and creating community with a fun activity!
The Behavioral Addictions and Substance Use (BASU) Peer Support Group is designed to provide a supportive environment for individuals who believe they or someone they know may be struggling with behavioral addiction and/or substance use. Meetings occur on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month, lunch provided!

University Health Services (UHS) invites you to attend our virtual drop-in sessions, where you'll learn mindfulness techniques to help navigate the unique challenges of college life. Each session offers practical, stress-relieving exercises, such as walking meditations and mindful verses, that are scientifically proven to build resilience and promote a more centered state of mind.
