University Health Services Administration
University Health Services' administrative and professional staff work collaboratively with the university community and senior administration on critical areas such as crisis management, pandemic prepardness, infection control, disease prevention, health promotion, and international health initiatives. Serving as the key liason between local and state health departments, UHS ensures compliance with student immunization requirements and oversees communicable disease exposure follow-up and control on campus. UHS Administrators play a pivotal role in shaping university-wide policies and advocating for the overall health and wellbeing of the campus community.
To achieve these goals, UHS professional staff members hold positions on university-wide committees and task forces. The Executive Director provides expert advice and consultation to senior university leadership and stakeholders on various health-related issues impacting the campus environment.
