Take a pause with KORU, a mindfulness program designed specifically for college students. Developed at Duke University, these drop-in sessions offer research-backed tools to help reduce stress and boost your overall wellbeing.

Harm Reduction & Substance Use Support

Free Narcan Kits & Overdose Prevention Tools

Narcan (naloxone) is a medication that can reverse opioid overdoses and save lives. All students, staff, and faculty can receive a free Narcan kit, which includes:

  • Narcan spray
  • Fentanyl & xylazine test strips
  • CPR face shield

Pick up a kit at UHS General Medicine—no name or appointment needed. We will offer an optional brief demo with a provider.

Behavioral Addictions and Substance Use (BASU) Peer Support Group

The Behavioral Addictions & Substance Use (BASU) Group is a bi-weekly peer-led space for students reflecting on their relationship with substances or behavioral patterns. During group meetings, participants will find a safe space where they can share their concerns and/or experience(s) around addiction. 

*There are no meetings during the summer.
